At Holar Designs, each item is made to order with care and intention. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, color, or change of mind.
1. Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

A brief description
We’ll be happy to send a replacement or store credit once your claim is reviewed and approved.
2. Order Cancellations
Because each order is custom-made, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase.
3. Shipping Issues
Holar Designs is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to carrier errors or incorrect addresses entered by the customer. Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order.
4. Refunds (if applicable)
Approved refunds (for damaged or defective items only) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
